Beware ! Very bad online site to buy lock and lock ! They say free returns but you can’t return and get back the money paid . No one answers the customer care
I ordered one lock and lock with flip lid without realizing it’s a flip lid so I cancelled the order and made a fresh order with normal lid . Even though I cancelled the first order it got delivered and the second order also got delivered . After calling customer are 100 times they responded a d said they it will do a return pick up of the first order . It has been almost a month order id 5361 dated 6/4/24 , no one came for a pick up . I tried calling customer care 200 -300 times and sent a lot of emails for a return pick up . No one responded except Once one lady named Ashwini picked up 2 weeks back and said they will do a return pick up but till now no response from your side . Even I tried contacting through what’s app. No reply at all . Very bad customer service . Very frustrating . Sure won’t buy any more items from this site
. I don’t care if they pick up or not but I need a refund of my item at the earliest .
