RETURNS & REFUNDS
We know that you would love our products. However, we also understand that online purchases are not always as per your expectations, or you simply changed your mind and you just don’t want it!
You can initiate a return/refund request with us within 14 days after the product has been delivered to you. We would entertain all your claims. However, we only accept returns if the product sold through our website is different from what you have received (“Significantly not as described”).
Kindly note that shipping and handling costs for returns needs to be borne by buyer. Following are the terms and conditions under which LocknLock India (Rajprahu Traders Pvt. Ltd.) would accept returns.
Returns & Refunds Terms & Conditions
• Products should not be worn / used.
• Products damaged by customer won’t be eligible for returns.
• Product should be in re-saleable condition.
• Returns should be sent in a protective box to avoid damage to the product (s) during transit.
• Return shipment should contain the actual product along with any accessories, original price tags, labels and invoice.
• In case you receive wrong or damaged product (s)? We will refund to you the entire amount, including courier charges.
• Returns claim can be initiated within 14 days, after the product gets delivered.
• Returns claim should be raised via email with CLEAR product pictures to determine claim eligibility.
• Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, a confirmation email would be sent.
• Refund would be initiated within 2-3 days after a return claim has been confirmed.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you can mail your product to: 5th Floor, Satya House, Near Dosti Flamingo, Sewri West 400015 OR we can a arrange a pickup for you.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.500/-, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
