Immediately raised to support WhatApp support number
Was promised a replacement - However that has not happened despite 2 weeks despite couple of reminders.
I have regular user of lock&lock. This is a new product (Steel container) which I am using for first time.
Such poor initial product quality and lack of customer service focus is a definite issue.
