We thank you and appreciate your online purchase with us. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations the order is not shipped then the order shall be cancelled and refunded.

When can I return the product received from Lock & Lock?
You can return the product if:

1) You received a Wrong/ faulty/defective product
2) You received a physically damaged product.
3) You are not satisfied with the product quality.

How can I return the product received from Lock & Lock?
If the delivered product falls under any of the above mentioned cases, we request you to write us at customercare@locknlock.in within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange for pickup of your package within 4 working days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners.

What are the Terms and Conditions for return/replacement?

1) Products must be in their original condition
2) Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted
3) Brand packaging should be intact

What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?
If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to write us at customercare@locknlock.in within 48 hours of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. We will check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 4-7 working days of receipt of your complaint,

What do I do if I receive wrong product?
If you receive a wrong product, we request you to write us at customercare@locknlock.in within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 4-7 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.

What if I choose to have replacement and the product is sold out on Lock & Lock?
Replacements are made basis availability of the product on the website. If the product is not available on the website, we’ll initiate refund after your confirmation. The amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from within 7-10 working days.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time only before the shipping of your product. You can write us at customercare@locknlock.in to cancel your order.

How long will it take to cancel my order?
We take 1 to 3 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund between 7-10 working days if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.
